Impact

As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, located remotely, you will make an impact to Shipt’s Sales team by identifying and establishing new enterprise grocery and non grocery retail partnerships across Shipt’s service lines. ​​In this role, you’ll join an autonomous, high energy team and manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.

**What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Enterprise and/or National Account Sales experience 5-7+ years ideally in the e-commerce, grocery, retail, and/or on-demand space
• Ability to partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to present the Shipt value proposition and solutions to the nation’s top retailers
• Experience prospecting and cultivating relationships with Director, VP, and C-Level executives at enterprise grocery and retail prospects
• Ability to own end-to-end sales pipeline management and negotiations, across a portfolio of grocery and retail partners
• Proven track record of closing new business with enterprise national accounts consistently at or above quota level
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; including the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers
• BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Willingness to travel ~40% of the time

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:

$86,357-$172,715

All other locations:

$72,035-$143,964
