As a Product Manager on the Assessment & Analytics Products team serving the FastBridge and Star product lines, you’ll be at the center of product innovation. This team is responsible for empowering school systems across the country to take data-driven action by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable data. As a member of this team, you’ll collaborate with engineering, other product managers, designers, and your teammates to take ideas from concept to reality, utilizing your full range of technical skills and a healthy dose of user empathy.

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and evangelizing a clear vision and strategy related to FastBridge data and integrations within Renaissance.
  • Improving our technical capabilities and services to meet customer and industry needs.
  • Leading all FastBridge technical product management efforts, working with Star and Platform product managers to ensure global customer needs are being met.
  • Conducting continuous market research, keeping abreast of buyer needs, technology trends, competitors, and users.
  • Working with both Product and Engineering Teams to build and execute the technical strategy.

Requirements

For this role as Product Manager, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of product manager experience,
  • Proven track record managing K-12 assessments products (formative and summative) and reporting tools, including experience with data warehousing solutions and API integrations
  • Must have strong statistical data analysis and visualization skills
  • Preferred knowledge of EdTech data specifications like EdFi, IMS Global, and Student Privacy initiatives
  • Experience in working with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0+)
  • Experience in working with diverse technologies, systems, and devices.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile software development framework and methodologies, preferably working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s (BS or BA) Degree or equivalent
  • Certifications in Agile Scrum & Pragmatic Institute Product Management

Location

This Product Manager position is remote. However, there may be a requirement for travel, the percentage of which will be clarified during the interview process.
