Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Finnish via phone, email, or chat
• Assist Finnish-speaking customers or clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns
• Deliver accurate and timely information to Finnish-speaking individuals
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems or escalate to the appropriate team
• Maintain detailed records of customer or client interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and teams to improve processes and customer service
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and benefit from a fully paid relocation package
