Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

You are a Senior/Intermediate Product Designer with a strong experience in UI Design and Visual design as well as UX Design. You are willing to work on a SaaS product in a BtB environment. You adapt easily and have the ability to build effective user experiences for a tech product.

You have the ability to partner with a PM, a PMM and the Engineering team on Product Discovery and Delivery to deliver the best user experience on a product.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for delivering the user experience on a new product that will be part of a specific area of the product. You will be the main connection between the users and our Product and Engineering Team.

You will be designing all the user experience of new features and user flows for the new product, driving iteration with the team and ensuring the design serves the users needs and brings the expected business value.

Our ecosystem is made up of several apps: customer portal, backoffice, analysts tool and APIs. Our apps are used daily by cybersecurity analysts from our clients all over the world. They are relying on our product to analyze thousands of potential security incidents. Design is key to help them assess the severity of a threat and save time when managing thousands of alerts every day.

You will be reporting to the VP Product and working closely with PM, PMM and Engineers.

You will be part of the Product Team :

• Currently 3 Product Designers, 6 Product Managers, 3 PMM and 1 Enablement
• Each Product Designer is contributing to an axis of the Product Strategy
• Our Design stack : Figma, Figjam, ProductBoard, Amplitude, Confluence

Your missions and responsibilities:

• Deliver the functional vision of the product in close collaboration with the PM and PMM.
• Create all wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, user journeys required to build the best user experience.
• Facilitate ideation and co-design workshops with various interlocutors (users, engineers, stakeholders...).
• Ensure good understanding and anticipation of user needs by running iterative user research and user testing of proposed solutions.
• Establish, document and share a continuous Discovery and iterative testing process on the project.
• Integrate into an existing design system and suggest evolutions in collaboration with the Product Design team and the Design System Engineering referent.
• On-demand support for mockups improvements and iterations for the Teams of the Pillar
• Work closely with PM, PMM, Tech and CyberOps experts.

• Professional experience with Figma.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer on SaaS products in a BtB environment.
• Capacity to work on a complex product, with strong technical aspects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You’ll be expected to communicate design decisions to leadership, the rest of the team, and engineers.
• An excellent English level is mandatory as we both use English and French to write and present our work.
