Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

• You have the global responsibility for a strategic product category and funcitionally lead global cross-functional Teams to develop new product initiatives and manage strategic category projects through the Stage Gate Process and manage project budget
• You functionally lead global cross-functional Teams to develop new product initiatives and manage strategic category projects through the Stage Gate Process and manage project budget
• You conduct market research to qualify new products & price positioning
• You develop packaging basic design; brief & execute digital kits and align communication brief with Brand & Communication team
• You craft innovation and renovation selling stories and initiate trade bundle preparation
• You understand the dynamics of consumer, shoppers, retail trends and insights, Category and competitors’ activities to build category expertise
• You are the main contact person for the Regional Marketing team for category specific questions

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies or Economics
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in FMCG marketing (Market Research, product development, product marketing )
• Fluent in English (Additional languages would also be beneficial)
• You are a team player with a strong sense of ownership
