Our priority is to support our clients (cooperatives, agricultural traders, farmers) in their transition to zero storage insecticides, enabling them to consume less energy and even optimize their logistics flows!

In short, our mission is to make post-harvest management simpler, more efficient, and more responsible.To achieve this, we have developed two digital solutions:

  • Store&Save, a platform for hypervision of grain stocks and thermometry
  • Plan&Save, a platform for managing the agricultural supply chain

Joining the JAVELOT adventure means committing to a mission with a strong eco-responsibility. It is in this context that we are looking for an Account Executive - UK & Ireland (Based in Lille).

As an Account Executive working in the international development team, reporting to the Head of International development, you’re responsible for sourcing and bringing to signature projects in the UK & in Ireland.

Your missions include, among others:

  • You identify the target accounts in your territories
  • You proactively contact your target accounts via phone and emails
  • You qualify the needs of target accounts and qualify your deals with the MEDDIC methodology
  • You lead demos and workshops supported by Operations teams
  • You manage sales cycles end-to-end
  • You work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction during the projects implementation
  • You keep opening doors and filling your pipeline with new opportunities
  • You regularly organize and lead trips in the region
  • You represent Javelot and attend industry events in the region
  • You stay up to date with the geopolitical and geostrategic aspects of the cereals and entertain relationships with key stakeholders in the region
  • You will support Javelot achieve its objective to monitor 25% of grain stored in Europe by end of 2026

Requirements

  • You speak English fluently
  • You have experience in sales and/or business development, ideally at a tech or service supplier in the farming industry, or at a farming cooperative or grain trading company
  • You are eager to learn MEDDIC and SPIN methodologies and apply them.
  • You are able to create pipeline generation and conversion by yourself
  • You are looking for a healthy and dynamic work environment to take your next challenge
  • You have a great sense of communication, initiative, innovation, negotiation and curiosity, that will allow you to perform in this position
  • You wish to contribute to change the industry and support its energetic and technological transition
  • You are sensitive to the issue of eco-responsibility and want to give meaning to your function
  • You’re a self starter who doesn’t wait for a project to be given to them to get active
  • You have a pedagogical spirit
