Regional Sales Manager - CEE

• Store&Save, a platform for hypervision of grain stocks and thermometry
• Plan&Save, a platform for managing the agricultural supply chain

Our team of over 75 employees, based in Lille, Bordeaux, Paris, and even internationally, enables more than 1000 users to manage no less than 15 million tons of cereals worldwide.

In this context we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - CEE.

As the Regional Sales Manager CEE, part of Javelot’s International Development team, you are responsible for the hitting the sales quota in the region, by creating healthy and long term partnerships with our customers.

• You are responsible for closing software licence deals for Javelot in CEE
• You source opportunities for Javelot’s logistics optimisation and storage monitoring’s software solutions
• You convert the engagements that Javelot has started with cooperatives and trading companies in the region to accelerate our market penetration
• You represent Javelot at industry events
• You leverage your existing network and outbound activities to generate opportunities in the farming cooperatives and grain trading companies market
• You identify key partners and industry specific organizations and entertain excellent relationships with their key stakeholders in your region
• You regularly organize and participate in business trips in Hungary and other CEE countries
• You establish Javelot’s brand as the key player in cereals post-harvest operations management in CEE
• You stay up-to-date with the geopolitical and strategic aspects of the cereal storage data
• You will support Javelot achieve its objective to monitor 25% of the grain produced in Europe by 2027

Requirements

• You have 8+ years of experience in the agricultural sector. Either in a tech or service supplier in the farming industry, or work at a farming cooperative or a trading company
• You have managed end-to-end sales cycles in a complex environment, preferably a Saas in the agriculture domain
• You are able to generate demand by yourself through your network and your sales acumen
• You wish to contribute to change the industry and support its energetic and technological transition
• You are looking for a healthy and dynamic work environment to take your next challenge
• You have a great sense of communication, leadership, innovation, negotiation and curiosity, that will allow you to perform in this position
• You are sensitive to the issue of eco-responsibility and want to give meaning to your function
• You like working in a team and have a pedagogical spirit
• You speak at least Hungarian and English, French is a bonus
