Responsibilities:

Assist to implement Customer Specific requirements (BIQS, Ford Q1, WCQS)

-Assist in Customer complaint management.

-Customer Satisfaction

-To manage inspection & testing activities.

-Training of subordinates.

-Failure Analysis and Actions.

-Internal Audit Procedures

-Product and process Audits.

-PDI and Layout Inspection of Parts

-Support to control Internal Scrap Rate.

-SPC Study for significant charaterstic

-Assist to resolve Internal Quality issues.

-Auhtority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problem

- Weekly & Monthly MIS of customers.Years

- Customers PPAP

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical engineering

English, Hindi

Knowledge of IATF 16949

Knowledge of Internal audit

Knowledge of various Processes

Knowledge of Calibration system, MSA, R & R, SPC

Knowledge of SAP, ProMap, Minitab

Knowledge of Quality Tools, Control plan, Inspection & Inspection instruments.
