What you will achieve:

As a graduate business analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and translating data into meaningful information for leadership team.

You will work closely with numerous business teams, from sales to marketing, based both locally and across the globe with many opportunities to expand your network globally. This role offers incredible opportunity to learn and collaborate with a wide range of amazing people dedicated to delivering the best business result as one team.

You will have vast opportunities to develop on the job with the highly experienced strategy and planning team. You will also have many virtual or in person training opportunities available at HP to gain critically important digital skills of the future and other skills as you chose.

Further to strategy and planning responsibilities you will be able to participate in charitable activities, wellness events, chose from number of different impact networks and much more.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of HP systems and application landscape as a building block for future solutions
• Use data analysis tools to build reports needed to support key business partners. Created simply and efficiently with digital approach
• Supporting timely planning/budgeting-quota/forecasting processes to meet the needs of the business
• Work with and challenge business partners based on big data analytics to help deliver their quotas
• Creation of the PowerBI excel / PowerPoint templates by using ThoughtSpot and automated systems provided from HP
• Collaborating on different aspects of the projects within the team or business partners including market research projects and gathers intelligence on current industry, technology, and trends.
• Work on bringing synchronisation and simplification across all different areas within strategy and planning, actively come up with new ideas and challenge the status quo

• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to push back with professionalism
• Willingness to learn and draw on new analytical technique
• Ability to develop business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
