Hybrid Sales Rep

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of clients’ requirements and identifying opportunities to offer products or services that align with their business goals. The role assists senior team members in managing account plans while achieving and/or exceeding quotas.
Responsibilities
• Assists in coordinating account plans for one/multiple commercial accounts, focusing on deals and portfolio management of the organization’s offerings.
• Leverages specialty to capitalize on existing growth, cross-sell, or upsell opportunities within the account.
• Builds a professional relationship with the client's IT organization, understanding their unique business needs.
• Collaborates with external partners and internal teams, utilizing pre-sales and specialists to lead deal pursuits and achieve regional quotas.
• Analyzes win/loss results for owned accounts.
• Assists senior account managers in coordinating and managing account plans for commercial clients.
• Supports the sales team in prospecting and identifying potential business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Engages with clients to address basic inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supports priority programs with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.
• Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
**Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in account management, tele sales, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage), or a related field.
