Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Engineer state-of-the-art systems from concept through to production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges using cutting-edge technology and methodologies.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including project managers, electrical engineers, and software developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Innovation and Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of new technologies, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the lifting industry.

Requirements

What do we ask for?

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field (maritime, offshore or large machinery)
• You are an experienced designer using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
• As a person, we are looking for a teamplayer, proactivity and a lot of creativity!
