What to Expect

With a primary focus on scheduling and facilitating interviews, the Recruiting Coordinator (all genders) is dedicated to ensuring our candidates have a positive and lasting impression of zooplus. This position will support our pan-European talent acquisition team by quickly and efficiently navigating last-minute changes and a high volume of requests. Along with scheduling interviews, you are responsible for strategically planning hiring ramps and program initiatives in conjunction with other recruiting and business partners. You are a key player in our talent acquisition world and are recognized as an expert in organization and adaptability.
This position is to be filled from September 2024 until December 2025.

What You’ll Do

• Play a crucial role within a fast-paced recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite and virtual candidate interviews. This includes managing complex scheduling and facilities requirements, as well as booking candidate travel
