Influencer Marketing Associate

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is recruiting a talented Influencer Marketing Associate for our Global Influencer Marketing team who will bring passion to what they do, day in and day out. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of influencer gifting activations globally.
• The position reports directly to the Assistant Influencer Marketing Manager and will work alongside different regional department leads to help with their regional gifting programs.

Job Description

• Project manage the influencer gifting program across different global teams
• Maintain an influencer database with accurate and up-to-date brand partnerships
• Track and manage usage rights for influencer UGC used
• Reporting on gifting program success rate on a global scale
• Nurture influencer relationships and regularly identify and develop new relationships within the digital influencer community
• Work closely with agencies in up-and-coming markets to develop gifting programs.
• Use existing strategy to set performance and brand-building KPIs on a partner-by-partner basis; oversee ongoing optimization and apply a test-and-learn approach to achieve success and new learnings
• Stay up-to-date on influencer trends and provide competitive insights on how other fashion and lifestyle brands are engaging influencers

Requirement

• 2+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or social media
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
• Comfortable to work in a startup and international environment
• Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
• Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position
