THE ROLE
OLIPOP is searching for a RGM and Commercial Planning Manager to join our team to drive growth by optimizing our trade promotion/pricing strategy while supporting various commercial planning routines and collaborative strategic projects across the business. This position focuses on data and analytics to evaluate performance and inform/support the FP&A, demand planning and sales teams in identifying trends and exposing areas of opportunity for growth and innovation.
In this role you will help lead the charge in creating, planning and executing trade/pricing strategies to drive incremental growth while helping to craft & support the long term commercial strategy of the business. This role will work cross functionally with all departments, especially FP&A, demand planning, and sales.
