The FP&A/ FBP (Finance Business Partner) is responsible for supporting Business management team in areas of financial management, analysis, reporting and planning and forecasting. He/She will be one of key members of local leadership, in particular will play a role of interface between finance and Market Leadership team with the objective of achieving sustainable growth and steer business decisions towards defined goals. Capacity to quickly interpret financials and derive business insights and actions in a fast paced and uncertain environment are key for success for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The FP&A/FBP will leverage central analytical capabilities and align tightly on tools and processes in accordance with Global FP&A / Global Finance strategy. The FP&A/ FBP will report to the Cluster FP&A Leader.
• Geographic scope includes Baltics/Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus for the whole business scope.

In particular, this role will have implications in the areas of:

• Financial Management & Analysis (Revenue and Expenses review, Closing variances review, Free cash flow management)
• Forecasting & Budgeting (from annual budget cycle to weekly forecasting)
