We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Developer, who will be focused on building digital learning and demo content using a range of content creation tools. The person will work closely with learning and development partners, regional trainers and product owners. There will also be the need at times to conduct direct training needs analysis with stakeholders and to create storyboards. Digital Learning Developer makes use of instructional design principles and to bring out innovative approaches to content build. There will be the need to make use of both Waterfall and Agile course design approaches_._

What you will be doing:

  • Work with senior learning team members and other subject matter experts in either Global Products or Global Delivery and across our Regional teams to build interactive and engaging digital learning content and courses.
  • Accountable for designing and building content that meets clear learning objectives for each digital learning course and ensuring learning outcomes and goals are achieved.
  • Developing and building engaging demo content relating to Experian products.
  • Delivery of high quality digital learning content, on-brand, and to standard, according to tight deadlines.
  • Conduct check-ins with stakeholders during both the design and development process to ensure that the solution addresses learner needs.
  • Utilise existing templates and design standards to design and develop appropriate Storyboards and Digital content for courses and videos/animations.
  • Support measurability by demonstrating how your digital learning courses are aligned to the priorities of the business.
  • Be involved in evaluating the impact and return on investment of the interventions on business success as agreed with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you are expected to bring:

  • Qualification in digital content, edtech, multimedia or a design-related discipline.
  • Knowledge of the Articulate 360 suite, particularly Articulate Rise.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Familiar with web usability and accessibility standards.
  • Experience using audio recording equipment.
  • Exposure to learning management systems (LMSs).
  • Experience creating multi-media content.
  • Skills in producing, editing and embedding audio and video into digital learning content.
  • Knowledge of designing and delivering both digital stand-alone and blended learning programmes across matrix and complex, global organisational structures.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • An eye for good aesthetic design.
