  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in design and construction management, particularly within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Required knowledge of the process of design, development, contracting and construction.
  • Required knowledge and working experience with thematic materials & finishes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Commitment to upholding Universal's standards of quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.

  • Highly creative with a keen eye for environmental design and detail.
  • Ability to achieve results through flawless execution of strategies & objectives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all lines of business and with all levels of management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
