We’re looking for a talented Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining our class-leading suite of Enterprise Performance Management products. The chosen candidate must be a self-starter, possess great organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities. A proven results-oriented person with a delivery focus and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Take ownership of the product, understanding the domain and technology deeply.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Set clear goals for the team and drive them to successful completion.
- Work closely with product managers and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the team follows best practices in Agile methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the distributed team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Utilize strengths and address weaknesses within the team to maximize productivity.
- Resolve technical issues and participate in hands-on development when necessary.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and team performance

Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Techno functional manager with hands-on experience in SQL
- Must have knowledge and experience of any one programming language
- Experience and Knowledge of SAP ERP system.
- Worked on Data Integration with SAP
- Well-versed in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development
