The role, in a nutshell:
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading and optimizing our talent acquisition function to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent in the U.S. and internationally. This role requires a proven track record in developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives that drive business impact at scale. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of high volume recruiting and be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills. This role will report to the VP of People at Chainguard.

- Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned to business goals and current and future business needs that ensures a diverse pipeline of exceptional candidates who make significant contributions to our collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Inspire and Develop the TA Team: Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, driving a high-performance culture, fostering the teamโs growth and development, and strengthening the teamโs capabilities as talent advisors to the business.
