**About the role

The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for consulting Bullhorn applications on the Force platform from Presales Customers, through to Live Customers on the Bullhorn for Salesforce Product. You will act as the primary representative for Professional Services, using your in-depth application and technical knowledge to identify, discuss and document solutions for clients’ needs. You will also engage in pre-sales activities where needed, particularly drafting SoWs and providing ROMs for potential future engagements.

**A typical day will include...

  • Operating as the key liaison between Bullhorn’s business units, including product teams, sales and support.
  • Initiating contact and establishing relationships with new and existing clients while creating the foundation for a seamless transition from the point of sale throughout the implementation process and post go-live.
  • Aiding clients with Bullhorn best practices regarding user adoption techniques, rollout strategies, and education plans.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the development and completion of key project milestones.
  • Working Closely with SI Partners who are implementing the Bullhorn for Salesforce Product on behalf of Bullhorn, ensuring the partner and Customer are successful in their implementation.
  • Partnering with clients to identify key business objectives.
  • Contributing to the project delivery strategy & plans.

**This role is a fit for you if...

  • You have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the definition and execution of Enterprise software projects.
  • You have prior experience with configuration of Salesforce.com applications.
  • You have experience managing Client Relationships across the implementation life cycle.
  • You have Salesforce Platform App Builder and/or SF Certified Admin certification.
  • Experience with Appexchange Salesforce products.

**Bonus points for…

  • Experience with HR software, specifically recruiting or ATS applications.
  • Experience in deployment via managed and unmanaged packages between Salesforce environments.
  • Project management experience.
  • Further Salesforce Certifications.
  • Experience with web technologies, languages and frameworks (SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, SQL).
