Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective management of project delivery (budget, sizing, sourcing) according to defined project standards following FHCS PMO principles
• Ensures that projects fulfil CPIM Program standards of business alignment, ROI and risk assessment
• Supports the implementation and refinement of project management methodology and FHCS project and PMO standards
• Aligns and monitors project objectives, resources, schedules and scope and is responsible for project budgets
• Researches and evaluates innovation and implements with the business state-of-the-art solutions to achieve FHCS business goals on operational and strategic level
• Coordinates and manages based on identified improvement opportunities project proposals for the business functions
• Manages and leads projects following FHCS standards
• Supports the development and implementation of project reporting and controlling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in leading Engineering projects, designing and implementing IT applications
• 3+ years of in depth project management
• Experience in SAP is preferred
• Experience in project management tools and methods is required
