Responsibilities:
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…
- Steers the implementation of programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs to focus employees on quality improvement (e.g. just in time techniques)
- Drives the implementation and maintenance of quality framework (e.g. ISO9001)
- Monitors the update and reintroduction of procedures
- Monitors the efficiency of the management system
- Steers customer audits and general certification
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements
Qualifications:
- Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
