We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and communications, with a proven expertise in supporting sales teams and implementing communication initiatives with customer partners. You will run the office management, accelerate business development and will actively contribute to the company culture.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner to the sales teams, supporting them in their marketing and communication initiatives.
- Design and implement effective communication actions, such as events, to promote our products and services to our customer partners.
- Manage and update website content using a CMS, ensuring it is always relevant and engaging.
- Utilize a CRM to manage customer data and set up emailing campaigns, newsletters, and automation campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with our international teams for marketing and communication activities.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and communications, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in project management and event coordination.
- Proficiency in computer tools, including CMS for web content management and CRM for customer data management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in French, English and Dutch, written and spoken.
