The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing strategic communication plans aligned with the overall marketing objectives of the business. Understanding the target audience, defining key messaging, selecting appropriate communication channels, and setting measurable goals.
• Content development, including writing copy for advertisements, creating engaging social media posts, developing informative blog articles, and producing multimedia content such as videos and infographics.
• Creative Development, capture the audience's attention and differentiate the organization from peer companies. Develop visually appealing and engaging content, including advertisements, videos, graphics, and other collateral.
• Develop advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events
• Handle public relations activities such as press releases, media events, and crisis communication to maintain a positive public image.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels, ensuring that messaging aligns with the brand values, and safeguarding the brand reputation

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years related working experience in marketing communication role in multinational company in related industry;
• Excellent English communication skill both in written and oral;
• Excellent coordination and communication skills;
• Ability to produce & amend simple digital assets (Photo, Poster and Video)
• Experience in new digital media management preferred.
• Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability;
• Strong self-motivation and solid problem solving skill
• Good Presentation and PC skills.
