Job Summary

Embark on a dynamic career journey as an Associate Software Instructional Designer, where you'll blend foundational expertise with innovative training solutions to empower clients and shape the future of technology education. This role centers on delivering ongoing managed services and comprehensive training to new and existing customers. As an Associate Software Instructional Designer, your primary responsibility is designing and developing effective training programs. These programs aim to educate both customers and employees on product features and operations. Collaborating closely with a training materials specialist, you'll ensure that all training materials are current and impactful. Additionally, you'll manage technical and product knowledge documentation for internal stakeholders and contribute to reporting within the Services department. This position offers a compelling opportunity to influence and enhance how technology is learned and applied in real-world settings.

Responsibilities

-Develop training materials in alignment with established guidelines and objectives.

-Lead webinar-based training sessions effectively.

-Administer and grade MeridianLink’s Certification Exams.

-Master learning processes and adhere to professional standards.

-Solve software-related problems and teach effective solutions.

-Deepen understanding of MeridianLink’s software capabilities.

-Train clients on best practices for software usage.

Qualifications & Skills

-Entry-level professional within the subject area, possessing a basic skill set and proficiency.

-Executes work assignments as directed, focusing on learning and development.

-Bachelor’s degree and has 0-2 years of professional experience.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary range of $58,700 - $82,800. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
