Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Creative Operations Lead to oversee and manage the daily operations within the company. This role involves optimizing processes, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring the seamless execution of tasks across various departments. The Creative Operations Lead will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

What you will do:

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations professionals.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and improve communication.
  • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and operational excellence.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Creative Operations Management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
