We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Analytics Intern to join our dynamic team in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. This role combines a curiosity and passion for web3 verticals with strong analytical and sales acumen.

As part of the Sales department, the Sales and Analytics Intern will report to the Business Development Team.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on digital assets, projects, and trends in the blockchain industry that can support internal discussions and client engagement
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the development of specific tokens β€” this can include trading volume, TVL trends, and other activity (both onchain and offchain)
  • Generate actionable insights from both offchain and onchain data to evaluate project performance and assist in supporting client needs
  • Assist in the creation of data-driven pitch decks and detailed reports to serve commercial partnerships based on both internal and external data
  • Support the team in compiling, collecting, and interpreting KYC documents, including review of contracts and other generic commercial documents

Requirements

Background and experience

  • In pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or similar, recent graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry (Familiarity with onchain analytics tools and methodologies, smart contract analysis and DeFi protocols)
  • Engaged with regional web3 communities and on top of industry trends
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python)

Skills and personality

  • Eagerness to learn and study new developments in tech
  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency markets and financial topics
  • Can work independently and proactively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Team player
  • Professional proficiency in English

The internship will begin in August/September
