Position: Marketing Manager
Work Hours (Client): M-F 9 AM TO 5 PM ET
Pay Range:$1,300 to $1,800 (Philippine candidate)/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze ad performance data and metrics in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager to optimize campaign strategy
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and produce high-performing creative assets
- Develop creative marketing strategies to engage clients and drive results
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, monitoring performance, and making data-driven adjustments
- Utilize data analysis tools like spreadsheets to track and report on campaign KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role
- Proficiency in using Facebook Ads, Google Suite, and Slack
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Canva is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
