Reporting to the VP Paid Search, the Paid Search Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting client's target KPIs.
Core responsibilities include:
- Day to day management of digital media paid search campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goals.
- Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on the different search engines in addition to performing or assisting in validation / audits on campaigns of the same team
- Leading Account Performance and Growth strategy
- Driving Search Innovation and Testing Initiatives
- Leading and/or Supporting in Client QBRs
- Mentoring other team members with In-Platform execution
- Leading and/or Supporting Internal Team and Departmental Communications
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Paid Search account management with a strong focus on App campaign implementation
- Certifications within Google Ads (Search, apps, display, video) & bing
- PMax shopping, Store visits, & GA4 knowledge
- Apps ( ACE & ACI) , Appsflyer
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns (particularly Google Ads & Bing).
- Google Ads Search certification (preferred)
- Experience with Search Ads 360 (preferred)
