- Deliver exceptional co-marketing engagement for a key client from strategic planning to execution including establishing a Digital Marketing Transformation framework, following a deep understanding of their business objectives.
- Develop Marketing Strategy and workstreams related to Annual Planning working closely with the client and internal collaborators such as Visa Consulting & Analytics, Product Solutions and Business Development. Coordinate strategic communication with other regions and find opportunities to influence global marketing strategy.
- Ability to craft compelling campaigns and programs that help drive acquisition and usage with key audiences, and delivery of seamless consumer experiences including the use of Visa’s sponsorship assets
- Manage the successful execution of integrated campaign activations across multiple channels, including Digital, Social, OOH, and TV.
- Coordinate communication with creative and media agencies and implement high-impact programs on-time and on-budget.
- Manage budget for all travel and eCommerce campaigns, including ongoing management of media investments, production costs, and campaign scenario planning to optimize investments that help achieve business goals and ensure finance operations process compliance.
- Gather and synthesize deep consumer insights on target audiences through business intelligence data.
- Support research, analysis, measurement and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business results and Visa brand.
- Understand the privacy shifts the industry is going through and be able to accommodate and apply these in the different marketing tools

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Requirements
Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
Experience with Digital Marketing Transformation concepts and execution
Ability to sell using a consultative approach with a strong ability to persuade and influence using data and insights
Ability to build rapport with client team with credibility through thought leadership and delivery
Experience with Google and Meta advertising technology stack
Strong understanding of latest MarTech/AdTech solutions
8-10 years experience managing a brand or a marketing P&L
Experience with FMCGs and Technology companies preferred
MBA preferred
