Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):

Spry Methods is on the search for a Service Desk Support member to join our team in Huntsville, AL. The Service Desk Support will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This role involves resolving technical problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

  • Provide technical assistance and support.
  • Resolve technical problems and queries.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and support documentation.
  • Assist with system operations and maintenance.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

  • Top Secret Clearance is Required
  • Associate degree in IT or related field.
  • 2+ years of technical support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software.
