Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry Methods is on the search for a Junior Scrum Master to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support the Scrum team.
- Assist in removing impediments and ensuring the team follows Agile practices.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Top Secret Clearance is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- SAFe Agilist or above certification
- Scrum Master or equivalent certification
