Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry Methods is on the search for a Mid-Level Scrum Master to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile practices.
- Remove impediments and support the team's continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Foster a high-performing and self-organizing team environment.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Top Secret Clearance is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- SAFe Agilist or above certification
- Scrum Master or equivalent certification
