Your Role at Quantanite: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our project management team, ensuring the seamless delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a key point of contact for project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.

• Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.

• Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.

• Use tools to monitor project timelines, working hours, and budget compliance.

• Support project tasks as needed, ensuring the technical and logistical aspects are managed efficiently.

• Liaise with technical teams, ensuring clarity on work orders and project deliverables.

• Manage documentation and billing notes related to project execution.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or project coordination role.

• Technical acumen and quick adaptation to new technologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant certifications like ITIL or PMP are advantageous.
