Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Manyata Tech Park

Business & Team:

CBA India is responsible for servicing multiple brands and business units across the Group; delivering a highly flexible operations, technology and data management functions, outstanding customer experiences and better risk outcomes. Impact & Contribution:

The role will work closely with Human resource Direct team & Executive support matters. You will act as a trusted advisor related to Performance management, Insurance queries, HR reporting, Query resolution, WPR matters & related policies, Risk & Governance, Well-being framework & other cross-functional projects. This role will give an immense opportunity to learn and unlearn matters which are relevant for your professional growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Support HR Business Partners and the business in delivering operating model and structure change support, including preparation of employee documentation and meeting our compliance obligations in process delivery​.

2. Provide data driven insights to support leaders and HR Business Partners in the delivery of core people lifecycle processes.

3. Deliver exceptional support and coaching to our leaders and employees specializing in Human Resource policies, complex people leader queries and people related services.

4. Support the consistent and effective delivery of core people lifecycle processes, including Annual Performance Review, Talent Review, Remuneration Review and Engagement Surveys.

5. Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, through knowledge of core people processes and understanding of their impacts, as well as effective use of data to drive insights.

6. Act as change agent, advise and guide managers on complex HR policies, processes and procedures, including:​Managing diversity, safety, health & wellbeing enquiries.​

Essential Skills:

  • Overall experience of 10 years or more in HR operations, Data driven projects, formulation and implementation of policies across the organization.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in any HR case management system and good understanding of HR topics from onboarding to exit such as leave management, employee benefits, exit management etc.

  • Ability to think critically and analytically and use data driven insights to solve problems using advanced excel skills

  • Experience in managing multiple tasks throughout their day while maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work.

  • Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented.

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Active listening skills

  • Knowledge in Performance management such as coaching managers on performance improvement policy and in execution of performance improvement plan

  • Good follow-up skills; the ability to understand; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of importance and ownership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
