Master Supply Planning Manager

The Product Supply Planning team at ResMed delivers sustainable supply across our global business (Americas, EMEA & APAC). We manage and plan the flow of goods, information, and financial decisions to meet customer demands while optimizing costs and resources.

We are in search of a forward-thinking, strategic leader with a passion for supply chain excellence to join our team as a Master Supply Planning Manager. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of Supply Planners to ensure efficient product flow within your portfolio, consistently exceeding business expectations. Your leadership will be pivotal in meeting customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and cost to serve. You will drive team capability, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration across geographies, making a significant impact on ResMed’s global supply chain success.

Team Leadership and Inspiration:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple geographies, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Guide Supply Planners and Schedulers to deliver exceptional Demand Supportability.
• Represent Product Supply Planning in manufacturing Site Leadership, optimizing site loading and resources.
• Promote a culture of development and growth within your team, enhancing their strengths and leadership capabilities.

Collaborative Supply Planning:

• Collaborate with Regional Supply Planners to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
• Establish and communicate feasible production schedules meeting demand supportability and customer requirements.

Driving Supply Velocity:

• Drive supply velocity through strategic planning, engagement, and automation opportunities.
• Oversee mid-term supply plans (0-18 months), optimizing resources and managing supply risks.
• Prioritize finished goods allocation and optimize freight mode decisions to serve cost effectively.
• Achieve financial targets through optimal inventory management and favorable freight expenditure.

Change Management and Market Navigation:

• Navigate organizational change, embedding new operating models with effective team buy-in.
• Strategically partner with stakeholders to meet business objectives, including alternative sourcing and supplier performance improvements.
• Manage Product Lifecycle activities (NPI and Obsolescence), ensuring clear understanding and planning for product supply impact.

Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS CPIM) is desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Advanced Planning and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, o9) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strategic mindset with demonstrated end-to-end critical thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Proven leadership, motivation, and team inspiration capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• High degree of accountability and a track record of delivery excellence.
