Job Title: Creative Services Associate

Organization: Lilly Marketing Studios - brix

Business / Functional Area: Marketing operation

Position Description:

The Creative Services Associate (CSA) is responsible for overseeing the modification and production of marketing materials as well as supporting other Creative Services (CS) Team project work. Day-to-day activities include 1) updating promotional materials, 2) entering/refining print and shipping specifications, and 3) transferring digital assets as needed.

The Creative Services Associate reports to the Manager, Lilly Marketing Studios - brix.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

  • Create, Obtain (In house/AOR) Source Files and Distribution Packages

  • Ensure marketing materials are created/developed to meet requirements and specifications

  • Collaborate with Lilly and non-Lilly partners to meet promotional materials requirements (delivery dates, regulatory/legal considerations, branding guidelines, etc.)

  • Maintain production and quality standards

  • Provide training and support to CSDs to maintain production and quality standards

  • Communicate print specifications to production suppliers to gain estimates and timing early in the project (Email and Custombuy)

  • Review new Distribution Packages to ensure files are built correctly and in alignment with Brand Standards

  • Communicate with project team members in a timely manner to discuss project progress

Minimum Experience/Personal Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of print production and advertising experience

  • Experience working with supplier partners (e.g., printers, other suppliers)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills

  • Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to work proactively to address customer and overall business needs

  • Works well independently and in partnership with others

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to details, and ability to multi-task

  • Ability to manage ambiguity

  • High competence with standard IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After Effects)

  • Candidates will be expected to supply a sample of their portfolios to demonstrate expertise

Additional Preferences:

  • Demonstrated prioritisation skills

  • Proven ability to effectively lead and challenge individuals from executive to associate levels and with highly diverse roles/responsibilities in the organisation

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, manage high work volumes, and deal with rapidly changing priorities

  • High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations

  • Demonstrated ability to enforce business rules and policies in a constructive but disciplined manner

  • Demonstrated ability to apply all Quality and Compliance policies and procedures

  • Previous marketing and business operations experience

  • Experience in MacAC platform, Sketch, CustomBuy, Prism, Figma, Google Web Designer, Wrike, Veeva Vault and other project management software

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferably in Visual Design or related area

Limited travel may be required (0-10%)
