What can you expect?

The Creative Services function is an integral team of designers within the Sales Enablement Centre of Excellence (CoE) that supports Mercer’s global Wealth and Investment Solutions businesses. The CoE provides support across a broad spectrum of services in addition to creative services, some of which include - bid management, sales reporting, strategic research, content management etc.

This role is a part of Mercer's PILOT team, focused on increasing win rates on mega deals, and driving cultural change in strategic sales practices. This opportunity is to work closely with bid teams across Mercer’s Health, Wealth and Career businesses to identify and implement best practices that will have a significant impact on large deals across Mercer globally.

We will count on you to:

  • Design visually engaging and animated presentations that effectively communicate complex information and tell a compelling story.
  • Collaborate with growth coaches and visualisers to understand their requirements and translate them into visually appealing and impactful slides.
  • Ensure compliance with Objective Quality Standards (OQS) and Mercer brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity across all presentations.
  • Enhance our presentation capabilities by creating and maintaining a library of reusable templates.
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and deliver results with agility and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with scientific trends and adapt them to match best practices in visualisation techniques, continuously improving the quality and impact of your work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualisations.

What you need to have:

  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Post-Graduate/ Graduate in Commerce/ Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics would be preferred. Other postgraduate degrees may also be considered.
  • Overall work experience of 3-5 years
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign will be an advantage
