POSITION OVERVIEW

As part of the BU Component EMEA Operations Team, the Operations Data Analyst will have responsibility to develop standardized performance measuring reports which enables efficient & transparent performance measurement for the BU Component EMEA Operations teams.

Provide regular analytical reports supporting the regional supply chain teams` needs (Inventory, SI&OP, Warehouse & logistic costs, procurement reports, quality etc)

Highlight trends, analyse data integrity and resolve data accuracy issues. Prepare regular presentations supporting the regional supply chain teams.

Execute projects to improve the reporting efficiency beside improved data integrity. Monitor the performance vs targets of the selected KPI`s.

Take the lead on collecting monthly MPR data & prepare the MPR report of EMEA Operations.

While working with a variety of Operations teams, the Operations Data Analyst is an independent, driving and goal-oriented person, who needs to possess strong user experience in Power BI & other visualization tools, has good communicational skills, deep analytical skills, structured approach and out of box thinking mindset.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports both regional, subregional, entity and product level comparing to targets and highlight issues & trends.
  • Provide analysis of supplier forecasting tools and identify major forecast variances;
  • Support the execution of regional production planning;
  • Prepare the SI&OP files & improve the process with automation, ensure on time data collection of SI&OP inputs, prepare the monthly reports, analyze the SI&OP data and highlight key trends, issues.
  • Develop Demand control and Aging inventory related reports
  • Support & manage ERP, Financial as well as Warehouse & Logistics Data collection related to ad-hoc projects contacting key stakeholders.
  • Analyze procurement data to estimate the cost, quality, and delivery time of products and services (cost analysis and appropriate benchmarks)
  • Utilize PowerBI to design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring data is easily accessible and understandable for stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed procurement reports, presentations, and visualizations to support decision-making processes
  • Prepare regular supplier performance reports related to cost, volume, leadtime, payment terms etc & highlight issues compared to contract terms.
  • Assist in preparation of procurement strategy presentations, plans, and forecasts
  • Take the lead on collecting monthly MPR data & prepare the MPR report of EMEA Operations.
  • Monitor the data transparency & integrity, provide information & recommendation to data owners (use analytics to discover data transparency problems)
  • Continuous improvement of KPI reporting solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, reporting frequency, optimize the # of KPI`s and the content of the dashboards to the needs of the functions.
  • Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain (Procurement included) Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and other data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Advanced excel skills, including pivot table and data modeling
  • Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Educational Level: Experienced specialist Level
  • Professional Experience: >3 years of relevant experience
  • Leadership Level: Functional Leader
