ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a company, leader at its domain, providing CX, Cloud & Contact Centre solutions for clients in various fields, is looking for a Junior Application Developer to join their team.

📌 Location: Athens - Northern Suburbs

📍 Working Model: Hybrid Working Model (3 days office / 2 home)

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Head of Engineer

What you will do:

As a Junior Application Developer , you will be responsible for the advanced configuration of their contact center platform (Genesys). Your primary focus will be on configuring and customizing the platform to meet client needs, your software development skills will also be valuable for scripting, automation, and integration tasks.

Our client provides training on the contact center platform (Genesys).

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Performing advanced configuration and customization of the contact center platform
• Collaborating with senior engineers and other team members to implement new features and functionalities
• Developing scripts and automation tools to streamline platform operations
• Integrating third-party systems and APIs with the contact center platform
• Troubleshooting and resolve configuration issues and software defects
• Providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams
• Writing and maintain technical documentation related to platform configuration and integration

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• 1+ years of experience in software development or configuration roles
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Basic knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Good knowledge of Greek and English (written and oral)

Will be highly appreciated:

• Experience with contact center technologies and software
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
