Customer Service Representative for Payroll

Client specific roles and responsibilities:

Timekeeping

• Ensuring timecards are correctly entered in the system

Payroll

• Sending emails, responding to intercom related to payroll concerns

Scheduling

• Doing outbound calls to facilities as a follow up on the sent email shift confirmation request

Others

• Completing side projects assigned by the client

Requirements

• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Experience with Payroll / HR / Timekeeping is a PLUS!
• Familiar in using MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
