Responsibilities:
- Support for the entire employee life cycle
- Collaboration in personnel development and implementation of talent reviews and the performance cycle
- Supporting and advising specialists and managers on all relevant HR topics
- Support with HR projects and HR strategy
- Collaboration in recruiting and cooperation with our talent acquisition partners
- Support for trainees
- Implementation of operational integration management
- Trusting cooperation with the works council
- Collaboration in the creation and revision of works agreements
- HR controlling, reporting and analysing HR KPIs
Qualifications:
- Specialist/university education with a focus on human resources or comparable training
- Instructor aptitude test desirable
- Good knowledge of labour and works constitution law
- Experience in dealing with employee representative bodies
- Good knowledge of MS Office products and Workday
- Consultancy skills, commitment and assertiveness
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
