Responsibilities:

• Support for the entire employee life cycle
• Collaboration in personnel development and implementation of talent reviews and the performance cycle
• Supporting and advising specialists and managers on all relevant HR topics
• Support with HR projects and HR strategy
• Collaboration in recruiting and cooperation with our talent acquisition partners
• Support for trainees
• Implementation of operational integration management
• Trusting cooperation with the works council
• Collaboration in the creation and revision of works agreements
• HR controlling, reporting and analysing HR KPIs

Qualifications:

• Specialist/university education with a focus on human resources or comparable training
• Instructor aptitude test desirable
• Good knowledge of labour and works constitution law
• Experience in dealing with employee representative bodies
• Good knowledge of MS Office products and Workday
• Consultancy skills, commitment and assertiveness
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
