We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Travel Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support and organize the relocation process for employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full cycle of relocation, including evaluating benefits, salary, tax implications, and overall conditions for relocation. They will work closely with employees, HR, legal, recruiting departments, and external service providers to ensure that the relocation process meets the needs of both the company and the relocating employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings, visas, insurances etc.) and operations for Miratech personnel worldwide
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation process.
  • Establish and manage relationships with travel agencies and relocation service providers worldwide;
  • Provide advice, consulting, educate and support on travel, relocation documents, processes and policies etc.
  • Manage emigration projects, including relocation services for employees moving to different countries using 3rd party.
  • Develop and maintain relocation and travel policies, guidelines, and resources to support employees throughout the relocation / travel process.
  • Handle visa applications and renewals for employees traveling internationally.
  • Stay informed about immigration requirements and regulations in needed locations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience department, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless travel coordination.
  • Maintain an emergency contact list and be available per request to provide support during travel emergencies, including rebooking flights, arranging alternative accommodations, and ensuring employee safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel coordination, workforce mobility management, or a related role.
  • Extensive experience and skills in managing workforce mobility/relocation projects and tasks
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems, visa processes, and immigration regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software.
