About the Role
Our client is seeking a senior photographer for a photography project focusing on Sri Lankan themes. This project requires capturing approximately 20 high-quality images across three distinct themes: Architecture, Urban Life in Sri Lanka, and People at Work in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision and the ability to tell compelling stories through imagery.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and capture artistic b&w photographs for each theme
- Create approximately 20 images in total, distributed across the three themes
- Ensure each photograph tells a unique story and showcases creative vision
- Scout appropriate locations and subjects for each theme
- Manage all aspects of the photoshoot, including lighting and composition
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior photographer, with a strong portfolio of b&w work
- Extensive knowledge of photography techniques, particularly in black and white imagery
- Proficiency in high-end digital cameras and lighting equipment
- Expert skills in photo editing software
- Strong artistic vision and ability to capture compelling narratives through images
- Familiarity with Sri Lankan architecture, urban life, and work culture
