Job Description

In this role, you will manage and assist in the development and implementation of company-wide compliance programs, procedures and supporting tools. You will be responsible for the GBP Program Office team & activities related to our global SpeakUp program and our GBP and Legal Compliance Training & Communications program. You will prepare regular updates for senior management on progress/developments related to these programs, as well as to other stakeholders in the Philips organization (regions, businesses, and enabling functions) and for our external auditors (including sections of the Annual Report).

Your role:

• You will manage and oversee Philips SpeakUp program, including global implementation of the program, Maintaining relevant policies/procedures and implementing and (project) managing the applications and tools supporting the program,
• You will lead complex and sensitive internal investigations across multiple jurisdictions, including legally privileged investigations, and managing outside counsel. You will advise Legal and other GBP Investigators on all aspects of investigations across segments (legal, quality, HR, security, etc.). You will handle appeal cases for SpeakUp,
• You will manage and oversee Philips GBP and Legal Compliance training programs as GBP and Legal Compliance eLearning, customer-facing training, SpeakUp Dialogues, and the training for the network of GBP Investigators,
• You will drive strategic direction of GBP and Legal Compliance training programs, amongst others by continuous improvement, advancing consequence management for non-completion and measuring effectiveness,
• You will manage and oversee Philips GBP and Legal Compliance multi-channel Communications program, including tone at the top and middle, tailoring for various audiences, supporting local organizations in driving effective localization. Driving strategic direction of communications program, amongst others by measuring effectiveness, integration of communications programs across domains / functions (patient safety, HR, culture, etc.),
• You will support the monitoring of General Business Principles (GBP) & legal compliance controls and follow up on results/deficiencies where necessary,
• You will Identify GBP & legal compliance best practices, leveraging these practices across Regions and Businesses (continuous improvement).

You're the right fit if:

• You have a master’s degree – preferably in law area,

• You have 8+ years of relevant experience,

• You have prior experience in trainings and communications preferred,

• You have demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills. You are able to work globally in a multicultural environment. You are experienced in cross- team collaboration,

• You have wide knowledge of compliance-related practices and standards,

• You are an expert in project/program management,

• Fluent in English.
