The Role

As a Security Services Specialist you will apply your cyber security knowledge and skills to defend our clients from increasingly complex and persistent cyber threats using advanced industry leading security tools and products, best practices, and following robust security operations processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for security issues, events/incidents.

• Analyze IT security requirements, define and propose potential solutions.

• Install a setup security solutions like SIEM, Firewall, UTM, IDS/IPS, WAF, eMail Security, DLP, …

• Setup system hardening solutions.

• Apply security patches or recommended configurations to respond or recover to a security vulnerability or attack.

Who You Are

Requirements

• Degree of computer expert / information technology / information science
• Almost 5 years of experience in security solution implementation or in Security Operations Role
• Fluency English
• Availability to travel
• Industry recognized security certifications This can include security methodology (Eg. CISSP, CISA, ITIL, etc.).
• Technical certifications, product and vendor specific certifications (Eg. CCNA, CCSP, FNSE, PCNSE, BCCPA, JNCIS-FWV, etc.).
• Client facing experience supporting large scale security solutions.
• Experience using Linux-based systems
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Databases
• Knowledge of a security domain area:

- Networking security (FW, Segmentation, IPS/IDS, …)

- Identity & Access management

- SIEM (QRadar, Splunk, Nitro, etc.)

- SOAR (Resilient, Demisto, ServiceNOW, etc.)

- Ticketing (JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

- EDR (VmWare React, FireEye, CrowdStrike, etc.)

- DAST/SAST (IBM AppScan, SonarQube, etc.)

- Vulnerability & Baseline (Qualys, Tenable Security Center, etc.)

- Application Control (VmWare App Control, CylanceProtect, Qualys WAS, etc.)

- DevOps (Bash, Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)

- Other: Demisto, TruSTAR, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, Travis, etc.

Skills / experiences

• Network security skills (Firewall rules, UTM, WAF, VMS, EDR, Sandbox solutions, NAC, IPS/IDS, Load Balancer, etc.), preferably on the following technologies: FortiNet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Carbon Black, Proofpoint, FireEye, F5, ForeScout, BlueCoat

• Secure Network Design, OS Hardening, Network Device Hardening, Patch Management

• Strong RED or BLUE security solution skills

• SIEM, SOAR, Ticketing Solutions

• Sound understanding of Industry Leading security Solutions

• Client facing experience supporting large scale security solutions.

• Sound understanding of networking concepts

• Experience using Linux-based systems

• Basic knowledge and understanding of Databases
