**Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Product Acceptance Specialist Team Lead (Level C) to support the PSC EBU & HANG Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

This is a Team Lead position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for, but are not limited to, performing tasks in the areas including pre-shift planning, crew meetings, team status updates, labor loss, production control, training, process improvement and Lean/BPS. First Pass Quality is a top priority when work is reviewed for completion.

Position Responsibilities:

• Verifies product conformance to design requirements
• Provides objective evidence of results
• Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures
• Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items
• Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
• Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
• Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action
• Identifies and communicates risks to First Line Leader with efficiency
• Plans, schedules, and arranges activities for their team. Assigns daily work. Leads team in daily safety check-in
• Supports teammates to improve their job performance including identifying training and provide OJT
• Engages with FSCC and Chronic Issues Team (CIT) to drive area improve
• Lifts up to 25lbs
• Stands for long periods of time
• Climbs stairs and ladders frequently
• Maneuvers around inside of unfinished barrels

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
• 1+ years of experience working on the 787 Program
• 1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• 1+ years of experience leading Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Prevention and Tool Management activities in a production environment
• 1+ years of experience with MRB processes and/or investigations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience leading others and delegating responsibilities among several teammates.
• 1+ years of experience in conducting Compliance, Root Cause Corrective Action

Summary pay range: $60,700 - $61,992
