In this context, as Market Research Project Manager, you will be responsible for processing data from the various studies from A to Z. Your tasks are as follows:
- You will assist the team with the development and follow up of Research Projects for the Customer direction but also for other departments (Product Management, other Business Units,…).
- You will define the best research methodology (quanti, quali, CAWI, CATI, digital interactions feedback collection…) to answer internal briefing and conduct the research projects from A to Z with the support of external Research agencies.
- From these studies you will identify the key insights that will serve as input for the development of products/services and actions to be undertaken. You are able to present these learnings to various audiences by understanding their daily challenges.
- You will measure, evaluate, and contribute towards the improvement of our activities and initiatives, based on the combination of information from various sources (Voice of the Customers, Voice of the Distributor, quantitative/qualitative or portfolio data).
Requirements
- Language: Dutch (Native), because the research will be in Dutch. The communication with the team is mostly in English.
- Looking for a senior candidate
- Experience in market research is a must for this role
