The Learning, Development, and Culture Lead is responsible for shaping and driving the learning and development strategy of the company. This role ensures that employees at all levels have access to the necessary resources, training, and opportunities to grow professionally and personally. Additionally, the role focuses on fostering a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and mission, promoting employee engagement and retention.

How you will make an Impact?

  • Develop and Implement Learning Programs: Design and execute comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the company's various roles and career stages.
  • Culture Building and Engagement: Lead initiatives to cultivate a positive workplace culture, including diversity and inclusion programs, team-building activities, and employee recognition schemes.
  • Performance Management: Establish and manage performance management systems that align individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Create and manage leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify and address the training and development needs of the workforce.

What makes you a successful candidate?

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in learning and development or a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage projects, and influence stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
