As a German Speaking Client Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional service. You will serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, helping them navigate through any issues or inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for German-speaking clients, providing support and assistance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Provide product information and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and update relevant systems
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in customer service or client support roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate and a valid passport
